Season 2023 Membership
The registration system is now open and we are accepting registrations for season 2023.
Membership fees for season 2023 will be set at $360 for standard playing members and $310 for playing life members. This is the first increase to membership fees the club has had in 5 years and is only a small increase of $10. If you've never logged into a Play HQ account previously then you will need to "Create an Account". Follow the steps through the process including claiming your profile. If you are paying your membership by Credit/Debit card then enter your card details and billing details and click "Confirm Purchase". Then click Submit Registration. If you are not paying your membership by Credit/Debit card then please ensure that you enter the Voucher code "33E5297C" and click "Apply" on the Payment and Summary to bypass the Credit/Debit Card payment. The Treasurer will follow up with you regarding payment. Once this is complete PAYBYOTHER should appear and the Total should be $0.00. Then click Submit Registration. After Submit Registration, you should receive an email titled "Player Registration Confirmation". If you have received this then your registration is successful. Membership fees for season 2023 will be as follows:
The membership subscription covers all the costs associated with training and match day, field hire, equipment, umpires & officials, utilities, lighting, showers, medical equipment, trainers and the list goes on. We pride ourselves on acting professionally and don’t compromise on the cost of umpires & officials to make your game day experience all the more enjoyable. Memberships also provides the members with voting rights, best & fairest eligibility and where possible access to discounts.
As standard new players receive their jumper, shorts, socks and training top on initial sign up. All New Players will be required to complete a one-off club membership form. These can be obtained from club. Social Members and Training Only Members do not need to register online but can do so using the "Volunteer" Membership type. * Training Only Membership is to cover the Club's running costs of those players who wish to train duration the season but do not wish to play. This membership applies once preseason is completed and covers the training only player for the season. It does not include any apparel. Insurance
Be advised that membership subscriptions include club liability insurance but do NOT include personal insurance coverage. Individuals are encouraged to look into obtaining a ambulance subscription, private health and income protection insurance to ensure suitable coverage to suit their circumstances. Whilst the rules are modified and the games are generally played in the right spirit to reduce the risk of serious injury there are rare occasions where serious injuries cannot be avoided.

Membership Payment
The Club has as number of payment methods available to members: Cash, Direct Deposit, Credit/Debit Card and Cheque.
The Club also offers Direct Debit/Credit Card payment plans where members can pay by 10 fortnightly instalments. Please note that Credit Card and Payment Plan options attract payment processing fees. When you register online you have the option of paying by Credit/Debit Card, transaction fees are incorporated into the membership price. If you are joining our club for the first time it might be that you've finished playing senior football and you will need a transfer from your previous club. Of course you may be transferring from another Superules club in which case you will also need a clearance.
If you need a clearance the club will need to initiate this for you. You'll need to provide the following details: Full Name, Date of Birth & Last Club you played with. You can fill out the form below and we can get the process started for you today. |
